Dear Friend,  

My name is Vazgen Arseni, I am the DPM Outreach Director for the Former Soviet Republics. As you read this letter, I will be on my way to Moscow to meet with our workers. We will be discussing future plans for printing ten Derek Prince books in Russian.

I love my job—and as the photo above shows, we have lots more work to do.

The greatest reward for me is seeing God use Derek’s teaching to set believers free from fear and rejection. It is visiting churches that are experiencing more of God’s blessings, as they use our resources. It is seeing the joy in faces of former drug addicts who have discovered the power of God’s love by reading Derek’s books.

Every joyful believer I meet has their own story—but each and every one of their amazing stories is only possible because of the generosity of supporters like you.

But first, let me introduce you to Irina, a Christian believer from Russia, who had a traumatic childhood. Her father left their family when she was
six years old.

At that time Irina’s mother started to drink and eventually became an alcoholic. Irina was very upset with her mother. She grew up struggling with depression and rejection.

When Irina got married, she hoped that her family life would be a happy one. But, the unexpected betrayal of her husband gave her deep sorrow and pain.

For years she blamed her parents and her husband for her unhappiness. She even blamed God, until the day one of her friends gave her a copy of Derek’s book, God’s Remedy for Rejection.

Reading this book helped Irina understand how she needed to forgive and let God restore her life. She gave her life to God, and in the months that followed, she restored her relationship with her mother.

I met Irina at her local church. Her smile and joy said it all—she loves Jesus and will soon be baptized in water.

My heart is always full of joy when I see God at work in the hearts of believers like Irina. By His mercy, broken lives are suddenly full of hope and promise.

Whether I am in a remote town in Siberia, a bustling city in Ukraine, or a small village in Armenia, I know that friends like you are right there with me, enabling to put Derek’s teaching into the hands of those who need it the most.

That’s why I am writing to you today, to invite you to contribute to new projects that will encourage and equip more believers like Irina.

We are planning to print 10 books by Derek Prince in Russian, including Blessing or Curse: You Can Choose, God’s Plan for Your Money,  The Self-Study Bible Course, and the daily devotional Declaring God’s Word.

From conversations with pastors and denominational leaders in Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, and Armenia, we know that there is a great need for teaching on topics like: how to pray effectively, how to manage finances God’s way, how to unlock God’s forgiveness and grace in a believer’s life. 

That is why we hope to print and distribute thousands of copies of Derek’s books on the above-mentioned topics. By sending a gift today, you can enable us to respond to hundreds of requests from pastors in Russia and other parts of the Former Soviet Republics.
